All new hires will be trained for the following positions and must by able to achieve certification as a certified tanning operator with 30 days of hire and certified as a Red Cross Lifeguard within 60 days of hire. 

TANNING PROFESSIONAL  




Compensation: Hourly


Objective: To perform all duties and responsibilities necessary for the efficient, professional and profitable day-to-day operation of an indoor Tanning facility.

Basic requirements:

·         Thorough knowledge of the Tanning Process  

·         Thorough knowledge of Retail Items (i.e., lotions and apparel)

·         Working knowledge of POS. System  

·         Basic computer skills 

·         MOST IMPORTANT, Good Communication/Phone Skills and Interpersonal Skills!  



Duties and Responsibilities:  

·         Greet customers and analyze their specific needs  

·         Keep entire store clean throughout shift  

·         Do basic maintenance/Cleaning

·         Clean tanning bed after use and prepare room for next customer  

·         Advise and educate customer on "Smart Tanning"  

·         Suggestively sell retail items (i.e., lotions, oils, and apparel)  

·         Meet or exceed applicable sales goals  

·         Conduct inventory  

·         Answer phones  

·         Maintain integrity of cash drawer, including reconciliation  

·         Maintain customer database - adding and modifying customers  

·         Work with vendors  

·         Keep current with material posted to the required reading board  

·         Perform other tasks and projects, as assigned by Manager/Owner

Aquatic Center

 

CoCompensation: Hourly


Objective: To perform all duties and responsibilities necessary for the efficient, professional and profitable day-to-day operation of an Aquatic Center.

Basic requirements:

LifeGuard Certification with 60 days of hire.

·         Thorough knowledge of the Aquatic Programs

·         Thorough knowledge of Retail Items

·         Working knowledge of POS. System  

·         Basic computer skills  

·         MOST IMPORTANT, Good Communication/Phone Skills and Interpersonal Skills! 

   

Du Duties and Responsibilities:  

·         Greet customers and analyze their specific needs  

·         Keep entire store clean throughout shift including locker rooms

·         Do basic maintenance in store     

·         Advise and educate customer on "Swim and Scuba Programs"

·         Suggestively sell retail items (i.e., Swim and Scuba related items)

·         Meet or exceed applicable sales goals  

·         Conduct inventory  

·         Answer phones  

·         Maintain integrity of cash drawer, including reconciliation  

·         Maintain customer database - adding and modifying customers  

·         Work with vendors  

·         Keep current with material posted to the required reading board  

·         Perform other tasks and projects, as assigned by Manager/Owner
