All classes start the first week of each month

Evenings

Tuesday-Thursdays Aqua Aerobics - Geared toward people who are in pain, not very mobile, etc.  Stretching, toning, cardio, work in shallow end of shallow.  Uses noodles, hand and waist buoys. Times 6:00-6:45pm 4 weeks $90.00

Tuesday-Thursdays  Toning and Strengthening - focusing on major muscle groups as well as lesser, some cardio but mostly water resistance toning. Uses hand buoys. Times 7:00-7:45pm 4 weeks $90.00

Mornings

Monday-Wednesday  Shallow water cardio Cardio respiratory fitness - working with a range of exercises to challenge upper and lower body.  Uses buoys and sometimes waist buoys if needed. Times 8:00 - 8:45am 4 weeks $90.00
