IDC

The PADI Instructor training process is two fold. It consists of the Instructor Development Course and the Instructor Evaluation.

THE INSTRUCTOR DEVELOPMENT COURSE (IDC)

The Instructor Development Course introduces you to the entire PADI Diver Education system. The nature of this program is totally developmental. Our program is conducted in a non-stressful atmosphere over 8 days covering all 19 required topics. Class sizes are kept small to ensure that you will receive proper attention. The goal of our program is not just to get you past a test but to develop you into a valuable asset to the diving industry.

Your highly qualified course director will prepare you for success as a PADI Instructor by sharpening your teaching presentations skills and providing you with valuable information on the marketing of continuing education. Instructor candidates completing the program leave with the proper techniques to promote diving and to become more marketable as instructors.
