CLASS PREPARATION:

• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time. This will allow time to change into your swim gear and to be ready for your swim lesson.

• Swim caps are required for hair at shoulder length or longer

• Please bring your own towels and water shoes/flip flops for walking from changing area and on the pool deck

• Swim goggles are strongly recommended. The pool is chemically treated for the swimmers safety. The swimmer will further enjoy the experience with swim goggles

• Swim diapers are required for all children under the age of 3 whether the child is potty trained or not

• Alpha Aquatic's Center/Kunuku Dive & Travel store stocks all the items you might need:

    1. Bathing Suits (children and adult sizes)
    2. Swim Goggles (children and adult sizes)
    3. Water Shoes (children and adult sizes)
    4. Towels
    5. Swim Caps
    6. Swim Diapers

CLASS CANCELLATION BY ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER:

ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER may elect to cancel classes with consideration of weather conditions, pool mechanical or chemical conditions, or instructor illness.

Weather Conditions:

ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER is very concerned for the safety of its patrons, students, and staff. Weather conditions such as snow, ice, excessive wind, rain and summer storms may create unsafe driving conditions. Any class cancellation will be made up.

Pool Maintenance or Chemical Conditions:

ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER will contact you immediately due to any cancellation due to facility issues. Please be certain the contact information provided in the Registration Form is current. Any class cancellation will be made up.

Instructor Illness:

ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER will notify you immediately upon notice of an instructor illness where a substitute instructor is not available to conduct your class. Please be certain the contacts provided in the Registration Form are current. Any class cancellation will be made up.

Class Make Up Policy for Classes Canceled by ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER:

ALPHA AQUATICS CENTER will provide additional class schedules to accommodate cancellations for weather conditions, pool maintenance or chemical conditions or instructor illness. The make up date will either be provided at the end of the class series or at an agreed upon date, if available during the term of the class series.

CLASS CANCELLATION BY STUDENT:

Cancellation or no show without 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of class session and will not be made up. Our instructor is there and ready for your session. If proper notification is received the make up date will either be provided at the end of the class series or at an agreed upon date, if available during the term of the class series.
